Suzuki commissioned custom builder AD Koncept to modify the GSX-S 950 to create a special limited edition of 50 units for France dubbed the GSX-S950 R.  The garage is no stranger to full builds, but the manufacturer wanted AD Koncept to retain the GSX-S950's core components.

AD Koncept made use or Suzuki’s accessories and parts catalog and they then mixed in some bespoke plastic and carbon fibre elements.  The pillion seat was fitted with a fairing to achieve a single seat configuration for a more aggresive look.  An Akrapovič slip-on muffler was also fitted.

Composite plastic and carbon fiber fairing parts were installed. An Akrapovic slip-on muffler was also fitted which is much lighter than the stock unit. Visually, however, the biggest change is the special silver, black and gold paint scheme.  Suzuki’s classic GSX-R ‘R’ logo may be the focal point of the paint scheme, and the Suzuki branding on the belly pan further elevate the build.

Each of the 50 GSX-S950 R units will bear a special numbered insignia on the fuel tank.
