The Suzuki GSX150 Bandit is based on the sportier GSX-S150 and has been styled more like a regular 150 cc commuter. It has a stylish sculpted tank, a belly pan and a trapezoidal LED headlamp lend a sporty look to the bike but there is no mistaking that the 150 Bandit is a commuter thanks to the positioning of the footpegs which are in the centre, the flat handlebar and the single piece seat of course.

Designed to be a daily rider to cater for the specific needs of the Indonesia market, the GSX150 comes with a single-piece seat and more relaxed riding position. It’s target market is young professionals who require high mobility.

The Bandit carries a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 147.3 cc mill, mated to a six-speed gearbox. Power output is claimed to be 18.9 hp and torque is rated at 14 Nm, with fuelling by EFI.

The sub-frame on the GSX150 Bandit id different from its sportier sibling, the GSX-S150, to accommodate the single-piece seat that places the rider lower to the ground, at 785 mm. Tank capacity is 11-litres of fuel and inside the cockpit a full LCD instrument panel can be found.

The bike measures 2,000mm in length and offers 1300mm of healthy wheelbase. A 150mm of ground clearance make this motorcycle a great option among international spec 150cc street bikes.

Suzuki claims the weight of the GSX150 is 135 kg and braking is done with single hydraulic disc front and rear while suspension uses a telescopic fork in front and a monoshock at the back.
