The “Checca” replaces the previous “Ottantatrè” model. It maintained the same 83cc displacement but was a far more advanced motorcycle.
The engine was inspired by the 125 “Centomila”, with a larger sump and a 4 speed gearbox.
The frame was also a new open tubular double cradle. It was economic to buy and maintain and had decent sales success.
