Kawasaki Eliminator 500 / 450 /SE
Kawasaki’s modern take on the classic Eliminator name continues into the 2027 model year as the Eliminator 500 SE, a lightweight, low-slung street cruiser designed for accessibility, comfort, and pure riding enjoyment. Building on the platform introduced in recent years, the 2027 version carries over the same proven mechanical package with updates focused primarily on colour options, keeping the bike’s approachable character intact.
Design and SE-Specific Features The round LED headlight, digital instrumentation (with tachometer and gear position indicator in many specs), and clean lines give it a contemporary retro feel. Seat height sits at a confidence-inspiring 735 mm (about 28.9 inches)—among the lowest in Kawasaki’s 250–500 cc on-road lineup—making it welcoming for a wide range of riders. Accessory high and low seats further expand fitment options via Kawasaki’s ERGO-FIT approach.
Powertrain and Performance
Chassis, Handling, and Braking Wheels and tires are classic cruiser sizes: 130/70-18 front and 150/80-16 rear. Braking comes from a 310 mm front disc with dual-piston caliper and a 240 mm rear disc (also dual-piston in many specs), both supported by ABS as standard in most regions. Ground clearance is 150 mm, wheelbase 1,520 mm, and overall dimensions roughly 2,250 × 785 × 1,140 mm (the cowl adds a bit of height versus the standard model).
