From Harley-Davidson press release:

The As the United States of America celebrates 250 years of freedom these special motorcycles honour the spirit of exploration and independence that inspired generations of travellers across this great country and the world. Three Harley-Davidson models will be included in the Enthusiast Collection – Liberty Edition: the Street Glide, Street Glide 3 Limited and Heritage Classic motorcycles. Each features a base colour of Midnight Ember, a heavy metallic black that is exclusive to the Liberty Edition. Special graphics include a Liberty Edition eagle graphic on fuel tank sides with see-through #1 medallion, Liberty Edition eagle graphic on the fairing, additional graphics and Liberty Edition console and engine cover inserts. Seats feature blue seam stitching, red/white/blue striped accent stitching, an embossed centre panel and embroidered Bar & Shield logo. Liberty Edition Street Glide and Heritage Classic models feature a blue-tint windshield. Mechanical features of each model are identical to the corresponding regular-production 2026 model. Enthusiast Collection motorcycles are created in very limited quantities and Liberty Edition production will be capped at about 2,500 models combined globally.

The 2026 Heritage Classic Liberty Edition channels old-school Americana with a modern edge. Midnight Ember paint and eagle graphics echo the Bicentennial and Liberty Editions that came before it, tying a new chapter to a proud lineage. A blue-tinted windshield, stitched leather details, and Liberty badging bring the look home as a timeless nod to 250 years of freedom, independence, and the miles that make us who we are.

The 2026 Heritage Classic is the perfect blend of vintage soul with modern muscle. We’ve packed a Milwaukee-Eight 117 motor into its low-slung frame and mated it to a performance-tuned 2-into-1 exhaust that makes it a monster. It also comes with lockable symmetrical saddlebags, LED lighting all around, and optional tubeless laced wheels. The only thing “Classic” about it is the name.
The 2026 Heritage Classic is proof that a factory custom can honor the past, live in the present, and still be ready for whatever comes next.

Timeless Style That Refuses to Sit Still

“I’ve owned a lot of bikes over the years, but this one feels like all of them rolled into one. It’s got the soul I remember and performance that I couldn’t have even dreamed about.”

- 98 HP Horsepower
- 26.3 in. Seat Height, Laden
- 47 mpg Fuel Economy

- 120 ft-lbs Engine Torque

Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic Motor Built to Thrill
Big torque, smooth delivery, and the unmistakable sound of a Harley V-Twin motor. This is the most powerful Heritage Classic yet.

Performance-Tuned 2-Into-1 Exhaust
Built to move more air and deliver richer sound while balancing the bike’s symmetrical saddlebags, it’s equal parts performance and presence.

Two-Tone Detachable Windshield
Vintage style, modern function. The Heritage Classic’s detachable windshield cuts wind and keeps pressure off your shoulders when you’re freewheeling highway miles, then pops off for a clean, stripped-down look when you’re bopping around town.

Lockable, Sealed Saddlebags
Symmetrical, weather-tight saddlebags keep your gear secure and dry, with enough style to look like they’ve been here since day one.

Full LED Lighting
A 178 mm LED headlamp, tail lamp, and turn signals sharpen the look and light the way, making sure this classic shines from every angle.

Optional Tubeless Laced Wheels
Choose between blacked-out cast wheels or tubeless laced wheels for easier repairs and timeless style that ties the whole bike together.

A Rider’s Front and Rear Suspension
The Heritage Classic’s suspension is tuned for all‑day comfort through sweepers, stop-and-go traffic, and everything in between.

Performance High-Flow Intake
A classic throwback shape with a modern twist, the filter feeds the Milwaukee-Eight 117 more air for optimal combustion, better throttle response, and performance you can actually feel.

5″ Analog Gauge with Tech Upgrades
Classic analog style with integrated tech gives you critical ride data in a layout that feels right at home between the bars.

USB-C Charging Powers Every Mile
A built-in USB-C port adds modern convenience to the Heritage Classic’s timeless muscle, keeping your essentials ready for every mile.

Adjustable Brake Lever for Every Reach
Fine-tune your reach and feel for confident stopping power, whether you’re riding with normal gloves or in full winter-weights.

Cruise Control + Ride Modes for Every Road
Three selectable ride modes (Road, Rain, and Sport) plus standard cruise control let you match the bike’s response to your mood and the road ahead.

RIDER SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS
Harley-Davidson’s Rider Safety Enhancements is all about giving you that extra peace of mind when things get a little unpredictable. It’s a set of smart tech that steps in during tricky situations, helping the bike handle traction while you’re accelerating, braking, or slowing down. With the Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements, the bike even adjusts for cornering, keeping things smooth and steady without you having to think twice.

Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
ABS is designed to prevent the wheels from locking under braking and helps the rider maintain control when braking in a straight-line, urgent situation.

Traction Control System (TCS)
The TCS is designed to keep the rear wheel from “spinning out” when the motorcycle is accelerating in a straight line and enhances rider confidence.

Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS)
DSCS is designed to reduce excessive rear-wheel slip and help prevent rear-wheel lock under powertrain-induced deceleration, which typically occurs when the rider makes an abrupt downshift gear change or quickly reduces the throttle while on wet or slippery road surfaces.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
TPMS alerts the rider through the information display to low or high tire air pressure. Maintaining proper tire air pressure is important both for vehicle performance and tire life.

Cornering Enhanced Anti-lock Brake System (C-ABS)
C-ABS is a variant of ABS that takes into consideration the lean angle of a two-wheel motorcycle, or the lateral acceleration of a Trike model. The brake pressure required to limit wheel slip when cornering is typically or lower than the pressure required under straight line operation.

Cornering Enhanced Traction Control System (C-TCS)
C-TCS is designed to prevent the rear wheel from excessive spinning under acceleration when going straight or cornering.

Cornering Drag-Torque Slip Control System (C-DSCS)
On bikes equipped with C-DSCS, the system helps keep the rear wheel from slipping or locking up when you quickly downshift or let off the throttle, especially on wet or slippery roads. When turning, it can adjust based on how much a two-wheel bike is leaning or the side-to-side motion on a Trike.
