From Benelli website:

The Tornado 550 is Benelli’s new flagship model in the full-fairing segment: sculpted and aggressive lines for a SuperSport bike suitable for everyday use. Powered by a 554 cc parallel twin (an evolution of the famous 500 cc Benelli powertrain), it offers 56 hp at 8,250 rpm and 54 Nm at 5,500 rpm, with a 270° crank configuration and 6-speed gearbox. The steel trellis frame uses the engine as a load-bearing element, combined with an adjustable Marzocchi suspension and Brembo brakes. On-board technology is on spot: it includes 5” TFT colour display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-C, Traction Control, two riding modes and integrated TPMS. With just 800 mm of seat height and a comfortable riding seat, the Benelli Tornado 550 is ready to dominate the storm.

Aggressive, sharp
The DRLs of the front light unit design a luminous shape inspired by the sharp fangs of a lion, the historic symbol of the Benelli brand: these elements are completely separated from the central high and low beam modules.

New beating heart, ready to roar
The 554 cc engine is an evolution of the proven 500cc that has marked the recent era of Benelli. With its “almost square” configuration, the powertrain is smooth and responsive, with great acceleration and torque. Much of the credit goes to the crank layout that, from 360°, changes to 270°, thus giving a more biting character to the newborn Tornado.

Dominate every bend
Fully adjustable Marzocchi front fork, double Brembo radial callipers with Ø 320 mm discs and an adjustable monoshock directly connected to the double-wishbone swingarm. Premium components for the cutting-edge family of Benelli sportbikes.

High tech, less thoughts
The 5" TFT colour display, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection, will change your dashboard into a navigation system. For your everyday use, Traction Control comes standard on a Benelli, as well as two riding modes (Normal & Sport). And to check the tyre pressure has never been so easy: TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitor System) sensors will also report you the temperature of the 120/70-17” & 160/60-17” Pirelli tyres.
