Kawasaki has revealed images of a new race-spec version of the ZX-25R 250cc four-cylinder sports bike, which they call the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R Racer Custom model. This Custom is a carbon-fiber-everything version of the ZX-25R, that is track-only.

Kawasaki has plans to launch a one-make series for 2021.

The bike also has modern electronic controls, including traction control, and up-to-date suspension including Showa SFF Big Piston forks. It’s due to be built in Indonesia, which will also be the ZX-25R’s main market.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R Racer Custom, includes the following:

- Cowling: A-TECH BLACK DIAMOND Racing Full cowling
- Tail cowl: A-TECH BLACK DIAMOND Racing Seat cowling
- Tank pad: A-TECH BLACK DIAMOND Racing Tank pad
- Exhaust system: BEET NASSERT-R Evolution Type II (Race Prototype)
- Tires: DUNLOP SPORTMAX α-13SP
