 ‘Nandi’ by Rajputana Customs

.

This custom Royal Enfield was build by Vijay Singh and his team at Rajputana Customs in India, this bike is a prime example how true craftsmanship can transform almost any bike into a work of art. The brief was pretty straight forward: an old-school-looking fatty, with a 300mm rear tyre and a Royal Enfield 500cc engine. And that was about it, so Vijay could, from that point, do what ever he pleased.

Two solid months went into building this beautiful bike, with almost all parts being custom built from scratch. Chassis, gas tank, rims, sprockets, springers, girders even hubs, Vijay adds: “Apart from the engine and tyres we pretty much build everything in-house. It’s an ‘eventful’ learning experience.” Bike was named Nandi.
