BeOn already made ready-to-race “450GP”
budget racers, but this is the first time they are using Aprilia’s engine
instead of Japanese units. 450cc SXV engine produce 70hp in stock form and the
whole bike weighs around 120kg! Make space for some multi-adjustable
up-side-down fork, radial mounted front brakes with 320mm discs and 17inch
wheels all round, and you got yourself a sweet little track attack machine!
Chassis, engine and rear swingarm remain the same, only the rear shock is
replaced with stiffer unit. Kits from BeOn are upwards of €4,000.
