Project: COLOSSUS by maria-ridingcompany.com

This bike was supposed to be Luís's bike. But one day a client went to our shop, saw the massive look of the bike and fell in love with it.. Of course at that time the bike was already modified, but in a completely different way from the actual project. We had all the freedom to propose what we wanted. The bike was totally unmounted and powder coated black mate. All parts were recovered and painted new. Screws were all changed to stainless steel and some were zinked in gold yellow. The back frame was shortened and we fitted a single seat on it. The seat was made of nubuck and cow leather.

The nubuk was made to give more grip to the driver seat. We maintained the rear footpegs because the client wanted to have the chance to transport a passenger. For that solution we have another seat option for this bike. We used the original tank as a base, because we thought it was beautiful but too large, so we cuted it and reduced a big part of it. We kept the original lines of the bike but globally we wanted the engine to became the bigger element in it. The front suspension was opened and we puted thicker oil and Ohlins springs, so the bike could get more firm and precise at the front. The electrics were all changed and much simplified with Motogadget, M-unit, lithium batteries, and new cable set, as hidden as possible
