Vanguard Roadster

.

Vanguard Motorcycles, which is a manufacturer based in New York was sounded by Edward Jacobs, who was Confederate’s chief designer for six years, and Entrepreneur Francois-Xavier Terny.

They are preparing to unleash three new models based around a gigantic, 117 cubic inch (1917cc) S&S v-twin motor. The Roadster is the first of three the cycles planned, that will include a sportsbike and cruiser.

The Roadster is a massive, frameless naked bike built around and upon a 1917cc, 56-degree v-twin engine which makes 110 lb-ft of peak torque.
Brembo brakes, Metzler tires and the rear suspension which is black Ohlins gear at either end – and is entirely contained within the massive single-sidedswingarm/shaft drive assembly.

Other unique features includes a unitized crankcase, fully integrated exhaust and a tablet-size color digital dashboard with a rear-view camera build into the tail unit substituting the mirrors.

The carbon fiber 21-liter fuel tank and full-metal body make for an intriguing image.
