Based on the Harley-Davidson XR1200R, Shaw Speed & Custom's (SS&C) XR1200RR amps things up to vmax with highly-tuned V-twin, racing-spec 2-1-2 carbonfibre exhaust system, Öhlins gas-charged rear shocks, Vance & Hines fully digital dashboard with carbon accents, ProTaper handlebars, and a single headlamp glaring out through the front number plate. In keeping with its sportier, more aggressive intent, the SS&C XR1200RR has been converted to chain-drive (as compared to the stock bike's belt-drive system), a beefier Showa USD fork has been added up front and bigger brake discs (including a carbon rear disc) have been bolted on for better braking performance. And finally, the white-black-lime-green paintjob completes the whole package.

"Sporty already, the XR1200R still leaves plenty of room for improvements, so SS&C went ahead and added some performance tuning to the V-twin, making it even more nervous and less forgiving with the unskilled rider. If the original bike was evil and in no way suitable for inexperienced riders, the RR version is even more savage," says a note from SS&C.
