Curtiss Hades 1 Pure

.

Curtiss has now revealed its latest design with the Hades 1 Pure, after Confederate Motorcycles rebranded itself to Curtiss Motors in 2018.

The Hades 1 Pure is minimalism in its purest form, the machined billet aluminum remains raw, ages beautifully and lasts forever.  The 1 Pure generates an impressive 217hp and 147lbs-ft of torque.

The power supply is ultra lightweight and compact Axial Flux motor solution packaged via the "Curtiss Centered Power Axis" design.

The front suspension is a fully adjustable, double-wishbone parallelogram fork with modular aluminum girders and direct-action, a race-proven RaceTech monoshock with 6in/152mm of travel, where the rear is a fully adjustable modular swing arm with a RaceTech monoshock linkage and also 6in/152mm of travel. The lower suspension leg is also available in Carbon Fiber.

The brakes are 2 X 230mm Beringer floating aeronal cast iron discs with four-piston Beringer radially-mounted Aerotec calipers.

Wheels are 19” carbon fiber, and the 1 Pure weighs 177kg/390lbs.
