Stylish and clean, The Venom
ProStreet was launched in 2002, and immediately became our cornerstone model for
years after. We designed this motorcycle for the rider that wants a methodically
designed motorcycle that’s as easy to ride as she is to look at. The large
diameter single radius downtube and the famous arched Venom swingarm were
designed and introduced on this model, giving her a distinctive character and
trademark design for the Big Bear Choppers brand. She has a lower than standard
seat height and pullback handlebars making her comfortable for most types of
riders. The compact design makes her easy to handle but her raked out neck
stands her out in a crowd. Standard components include the proprietary low
vibration 100 SMOOTH™ polished engine in front of a Baker 6-speed overdrive
transmission, exclusive primary drive, chrome frontend and controls, and so on.
So how does our Venom ProStreet deliver so many high-end features at such an
affordable price? Thanks for asking… just beautifully.
“How do you test a bike for durability and performance? How ‘bout a 1,400 mile
race from Cali to the Badlands against Performance Machine’s Roland Sands?.”
said by Eric Ellis, featuring a Venom ProStreet in Hot Bike Magazine. July 2005.
